What’s your shipping policy?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Our standard shipping method is First Class Post (Royal Mail, 3-7 transit days). You may upgrade to expedited shipping (Next working day courier, 2 transit days) at an additional cost.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
When will my order be processed?
In-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Most orders of in-stock merchandise will ship the next business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, its arrival date will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by emailing our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the order has already processed, we will be unable to modify your order.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange your item for any item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received (unused, unwashed, and unworn).

How should I care for my shirt?
For a long lifespan, we recommend machine washing shirts in cold water, inside-out, and line drying. If you’re feeling dangerous you can dry them, but we must warn you, they may shrink a wee bit (even the preshrunk shirts).
