What’s your shipping policy?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Our standard shipping method is First Class Post (Royal Mail, 3-7 transit days). You may upgrade to expedited shipping (Next working day courier, 2 transit days) at an additional cost.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
When will my order be processed?
In-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Most orders of in-stock merchandise will ship the next business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, its arrival date will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by emailing our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the order has already processed, we will be unable to modify your order.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
You may exchange your item within 45 days of the order purchase date by contacting our Customer Care team. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for an exchange. For expedited service and selection, exchanges will be processed as a return/full refund via gift card. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by our Customer Care team. Please place your replacement order online.
**Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange.

How should I care for my shirt?
For a long lifespan, we recommend machine washing shirts in cold water, inside-out, and line drying. If you choose to dry them, they may shrink a wee bit (even the preshrunk shirts).
